
Elaine Hill is Dean’s Professor in the Public Health Sciences, and a Professor of Economics and of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Rochester. She is a health and environmental economist and her research focuses on the intersection of health, health policy, the environment, and human capital formation. She is also a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER), a faculty member at the Institute for Data Science at the University of Rochester, and holds a courtesy appointment at Oregon State University. She holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Oberlin College and a PhD from Cornell University. To learn more, please see her CV and research page.
